HOW IT WORKS?
We begin the process with a detailed health history and exercise consultation, nutritional review and goal setting. We dig up the dirt!
From there we make a plan, one which takes into consideration the many time constraints of modern life whether you’re juggling babies, juggling paid work and babies or just juggling life.
Next Step – an assessment of your current fitness level (unthreatening I promise) provides an opportunity to highlight strengths (and weaknesses) and to make a postural assessment, information imperative to formulating a program that is pitched just right.

Attention to set up and technique of exercises is given a high priority. If I give YOU the knowledge you’re empowered with it, so you can exercise safely and effectively forever.
Programs are progressive
Get comfortable with the exercises and techniques before moving on – we’ll lead you to the next challenge ONLY when you’re ready for it.
Facilities
Training usually takes place at our private studio in Southfields. Parking is available AND free.
Training can also take place in your home and when the weather is inviting, in the park.
